Wow!! Where did this year go?!

We are pretty close to the end of 2014 and just starting to pick our heads up from tattooing to see what the rest of the world is doing.  All we can say is that we have been really working hard here in Huntington Beach with all of our clients to really make some spectacular work come out of Mechanical Concept Tattoo.  We have really had some amazing ideas from clients this year and if you want to keep up on some of the tattoo progress photos, make sure you check out our FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM.  We try and get something interesting up to look at everyday, but try to keep our website up to date as well.  Here are a few pieces that have been posted and finished lately.

Billy Sarno, L the Artist, and Brian Ragusin would really like to thank each and every one of you for trusting us with making your tattoos come to life.  We have had so much fun with the challenging ideas, amazing personalities, the friendships, the tattoo stories, and the tattoos themselves this year.  Don't think the fun is over just yet, we are ready for whatever you can think of for 2015 as well!

We are going to do a little something different for the next few blogs and give you a little behind the scenes look at each artists.  This month we are doing a feature on the awesomely talented Billy Sarno from Huntington Beach.

"There isn't a time in my life, that I can remember, I wasn't fascinated with tattoos. That passion that I have had about tattoos in my life has only grown over the years as I have been able to be in the tattoo industry.  Getting to grow artistically, mentally, and be able to work with clients has made me the artist I am today.
In the beginning there were the influential ideas of the local kitchen magicians and what they were attempting to do, but couldn't, to getting the opportunity to meeting someone that was willing to take their time to teach me all of the steps required to do a good, clean, solid tattoo, things like setting up a tattoo station, a tattoo machine, or how to be safe/clean with all of the aspects that tattooing requires.  All of this has led me to also be able to work with some truly talented people.
With having such a passion for this drawing, and tattooing journey, I can say that I have had the unwavering support of tme family.  My wife has helped me make and keep tattooing my first career choice, as well as one of my favorite past times.

Thank you to everyone that has been apart of this journey with me.."
